Learning and Development Coordinator (Workforce and CPD)

Revolutionising how the Netball Family learn is a key focus for England Netball over the next decade. We strive to provide brilliant learning offers for our staff, coaches, officials, and volunteers both on and beyond the court. The people who make the game happen are crucial to the success of the sport.

The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator (Workforce and CPD) will be responsible for deploying and supporting our bank of talented tutors, assessors and internal verifiers who deliver world class L&D to our netball people. As we go through our transformational change project to modernise our learning offer, this role will be crucial in supporting the L&D Workforce Manager in ensuring that the workforce model supports high quality efficient delivery of learning, thereby creating exceptional learning experiences for all netball people.

In addition, the L&D Coordinator will also be responsible for the coordination and delivery of our current CPD offer and any future informal learning opportunities as they develop.
