We’re looking for someone really special to join England Netball's Customer Experience team to help transform our help centre and deliver a world leading service. If you are passionate about helping people, embrace IT, love to learn and are inquisitive with a keen eye for detail, and think you would enjoy working as part of a small team to troubleshoot, problem solve, identify solutions and enhance experiences for our customers – we need you! 

In this hands-on role, you will thrive in overcoming challenges and in helping people get closer to our sport. With a thirst for knowledge and an unwavering commitment to serve others, you’ll join a small Customer Experience Team to deliver a world leading service to our valued members, volunteers, spectators and fans. Your work will involve handling inbound calls, responding to contact forms, understanding the root cause of issues and providing exceptional experiences. You will work closely with your team, especially your line manager, to drive improvements and ensure that we are delivering on our mission.

The role will be office based full time for initial training period with hybrid and flexible hours after that – we all have lives outside of work!
