Resource Planner, South East Essex
Established by Essex County Council in 2009, ECL is the UK’s first Local Authority Trading Company. We are now the largest Reablement Care provider in Essex, providing high quality care to vulnerable individuals, including the elderly, those with learning disabilities or sensory impairments. Drawing on our internal network of specialist support roles and working closely with NHS and external health and social care providers, we work to help our customers regain and develop their independence during their time with us
Must be flexible and able to work across shifts 07:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 and sometimes may be core hours across Monday - Sunday
As a Resource Planner you will provide high level resource planning to all our frontline workers, to deliver high quality services to our customers. Duties will include managing staff rotas and ensuring effective use of staff resources, ensuring adequate staffing levels as well as identifying and managing staff training needs.
You will be an effective communicator, with good organisational skills coupled with a good understanding of resource planning. You will have the ability to use your own initiative and resolve queries quickly and effectively. Experience of dealing with sensitive data and an understanding of Information Governance/Data Protection is essential.
A full induction course and ‘shadow’ training will be provided to successful candidates.
