Salary: £11.00 per hour
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Location: Millicents Day Centre, Clacton-on-Sea

To be considered as an Older People Support Worker, you need:
- To be passionate about providing a high level of care and support to older people
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- To possess an empathetic approach
- To be willing to provide personal care
- Basic IT skills
- A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
- To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
Previous experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Full, valid driving licence and own vehicle required for travel across Essex to attend training, work at other centres, and support our customers in the community.
