Location: Hybrid working, home based and Chelmsford Headquarters (the role may require travel to other ECL sites on occasion)

ECL are looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Project Manager to join the team in a permanent role to lead on a transformational project.

You’ll play a key part in the entire project lifecycle from initial scope to integration and effective handover to the business. Utilising exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll lead and motivate a project team, and challenge the norm to ensure that deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded.

To be considered for the role of Senior Project Manager, you will need:

  • A recognised Project Management qualification
  • Demonstrable experience of managing large transformational projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge colleagues at all levels
  • Experience of leading and motivating a project team
  • The ability to network and forge effective professional relationships
  • A proactive approach to work and ability to effectively prioritise
  • The ability to create, deliver, and present reports
