Hours: 37 hours per week - Rota basis to cover Monday to Friday 7am-6pm, with some evening and weekends when required.
Based in our Chelmsford Head Office, although currently able to work remotely.
Our Contact Centre Advisors Provide a first point of contact to Service Users, Members of the Public, Commissioners and Stakeholders. Providing an excellent customer experience, in line with corporate policy.
