To deliver these the role of the Inclusive Employment Sustainment Officer is key in ensuring our customers with a learning disability and autism are supported to sustain employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice.
Reporting directly into the Inclusive Employment Team Manager, you will be responsible for a cohort of customers with the remit of ensuring that your cohort sustain employment and/or volunteering. At all times, supporting the team to problem solve, think outside of the box and support the Inclusive Employment team to ensure success.
Strong communication skills, team work & a drive to succeed are essential for this role.
The sustainment officer will be responsible for ensuring outcomes are maintained for individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism who have specific employment targets. Previous experience with adults with learning disabilities in a supportive role is essential. Confidence in working in a target driven environment is also essential.
