Team Leader for Older People - Basildon and Brentwood

Salary:        £23,500 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience

Hours:         Full time, 37 hours a week with occasional weekend and evening shifts

Location:    Covering Hogarth and Lions Day Centre, Brentwood and Ashleigh Day Centre, Basildon

To be considered as a Team Leader, you need:

• A full valid driving licence and vehicle to travel
• Demonstrable skills in supervising and monitoring employee performance
• To be willing to provide personal care to our customers
• The ability to organise and set priorities and cope well under pressure
• To possess an empathetic and understanding approach
• Basic IT skills
• A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
• To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment

Previous experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Travel required across Essex to attend training, work at other centres, and in the community.
