ECL are looking for a Resource Planner Administrative Assistant to join our North East Essex team on a permanent basis. Based in our Colchester hub, you’ll be integral part of the team as you assist the Resource Planner with administrative tasks.

This role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, reactive environment.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A full driving license and use of vehicle for work purposes
  • Good administrative skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of working with a variety of electronic systems
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Effective organisational skills with the ability to plan, develop and prioritise work to meet deadlines and changes in priority
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work well under pressure.
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive data and an understanding of Information Governance/Data Protection

Full induction and ‘shadow’ training provided with ongoing support.
