Analysis and Admin Support Officer

Location:        Witham

Contract:        Permanent
Hours:            Full Time (37 hours/week)

ECL Community Equipment Service supplies and maintains vital equipment, essential to support individuals’ daily living needs.

The Analysis and Admin Support Officer role completes investigations and analysis and maintains reports, which support operational teams to ensure stock records and invoice information are accurate.

The role also provides support to help investigate and respond to complaints and health and safety incidents, as well as providing administrative support to the Operational Managers within the service.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Excellent computer skills, including Advanced Level knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
  • Prior experience of using a Warehouse Management System, or similar
  • Capable of investigating and problem solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work with large data sets
  • High personal quality standards, with attention to detail
  • Pro-active, flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Level 3 qualification in both English and Maths or demonstrably equivalent vocational experience

Working hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday (Excluding bank holidays): 08:24-17:00
Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays): 08:24 -16:00
