We are looking for someone to join our small sensory team in a full-time role based at our team office in Sandon, Chelmsford.

Full training and induction will be provided.

The role:

To act as first point of contact in receiving, triaging and responding to Sensory referrals, enquiries and requests from professionals, customers and the public.  This includes processing registration requests, providing information, advice and guidance and completing data entry on our IT systems.

You will need to be:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
  • Confident telephone manor dealing with sensitive customer issues.
  • Ability to manage a varied and busy work schedule prioritising work according to deadlines and targets.
  • Confident in using technology for data entry and communication methods such as Zoom.
