Assistant Quality and Assurance Advisor

Office Base in Sandon, Chelmsford with travel through all ECL sites

Salary:  Band C £18,000 - £24,990

Interview dates will be 2nd November and 4th November 2020 to be held at our COVID secure office in Sandon.

The Quality and Corporate Assurance Team is a small and dedicated team who support the whole of ECL in the following areas: Safeguarding, Quality, Feedback, Risk Management and Business Continuity.

The Assistant Quality and Assurance Advisor will play a key role in supporting the Quality and Corporate Assurance Team, ensuring that the team are able to provide first class advice and support the organisation.  The successful candidate will provide support, monitoring and timely information as required and deliver work across the three areas of quality; Effectiveness, Safety and Experience. 

The person we are looking for will ideally be experienced in the care arena, is a ‘can-do’ and passionate individual who puts customers first, understands what good quality looks like and able to challenge and improve services, whilst appreciating the internal and external pressures.  They will have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft applications and ability to learn internal systems used to monitor quality and assurance measures, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Assistant Quality and Assurance Advisor will be required to provide services to all ECL services and will be expected to travel across the areas ECL provide services in as required.  As this role requires travel around the community, a car driver with their own vehicle is essential.
