Hours: 20 hours per week - X 3 weekday shifts 6pm-11pm. Both days at the weekend 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm, shifts vary to meet business needs.
Based in our Chelmsford Head Office, although currently able to work remotely.
Our Contact Centre Advisors Provide a first point of contact to Service Users, Members of the Public, Commissioners and Stakeholders. Providing an excellent customer experience, in line with corporate policy.
