We are looking for an enthusiastic person to become part of our Group Finance Team working as a Business Analysis Administrator.

Role Specification

Role Objective:

The Business Analysis Administrator will provide a proactive and flexible support function to the Group Head of Business Information. The main part of their role will be responsible for the accurate daily updating of supplier rebate details along with efficient and accurate weekly/monthly claims to some of our suppliers.This role is a fixed term contract for approximately 11 months.

 

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily maintenance and updating of details of the Company supplier rebate files
  • Processing of accurate weekly/monthly claims including use of external sites to ensure optimum cash flow for the Company
  • Run month end M.I report suites for key customers
  • Developing key skills in excel analysis
  • Understanding multi channel markets
  • Analysing market, customer and product data
  • Any other duties as and when required by management

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Previous experience working within a data focussed position
  • Self motivated
  • Willing to learn and develop
  • The ability to multi-task, be organised, agree priorities and meet deadlines
  • Work efficiently both as a team member or independently
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of their work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel

SKILLS/ ABILITIES

Essential

  • Strong skills in Excel is imperative

Desirable

  • Good Numeracy skills

 

This role is a temporary role for 11 months maternity cover, offering a salary of £18,000 per annum.
