Who are Fair Ways and what do we stand for?

At Fair Ways we believe in making a difference through passionate care, support and education. Together we aim to build an institution that makes a difference to society and leaves a legacy greater than ourselves and our contributions. Our values sit at the heart of everything we do; we measure our wealth by the difference we make, rather than the profit we make. Fair Ways is a leading children’s services charity based in the Solent, delivering Fostering, Education, Residential and Family services and cares for over 400 children, families, young people and vulnerable adults each year.

Where and when do we need you?

We are looking for a confident and engaging individual to join our dedicated talent acquisition team. As a Talent Administrator, you will be involved in exciting and rewarding things like:

  • Produce staff files, ensuring they are up to date and accurate
  • Generate and send recruitment documentation to applicants and recruiting managers in line with recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Respond to recruitment queries from Fairways employees, signposting them to individual team members, or other departments, where applicable
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the Recruitment function
  • Maintain the recruitment database, ensuring it is correct and complies with relevant recruitment legislation
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with preparation for the attendance of recruitment fairs and events, and attend events as required
  • Confident and able to make a range of outgoing calls chasing references and candidate information.

This disclosure cost will be met by Fair Ways. Fair Ways are unable to provide VISA sponsorship for this role and all applicants will need to be able to provide evidence of right to work in the UK.

This role will be based from home, working 37.5 hours per week, working 1 to 2 days in the office. Fair Ways will ensure that the successful candidate has all the necessary equipment provided to enable this and that they are fully supported by our fantastic team during the remote on-boarding process.
