Fair Ways are an expanding and dynamic, charity owned, organisation that are looking for a Marketing Business Partner to assist with our growing customer requirements business wide. Our marketing team provides vital bespoke support to our internal departments whilst also being responsible for ensuring the ethos, values and purpose of the organisation are represented externally in a creative, engaging and innovative way.
About our exciting Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our marketing department for a passionate, professional and creative individual to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a Marketing Business Partner to provide specialist marketing support to our existing Fair Ways services and departments. The successful candidate will design and implement marketing plans aligned to the strategic development for each of their assigned services. The marketing plans will encompass campaigns, ongoing research, market tracking, competitor monitoring and identification of the most effective methods to market several separate Fair Ways services. The role will involve direct liaison with senior leaders within Fair Ways to consult, create, and deliver marketing plans for each customer with follow up reporting to the service on an ongoing basis. This will be reinforced by delivering clear analysis of all marketing campaigns with recommendations and advice ensuring continuous improvement.
All candidates must have a full driving license and have access to the use of a car. Successful candidates will be required to provide an enhanced Disclosure (DBS). This disclosure cost will be met by Fair Ways.
