Responsibilities & Duties:
Managing our stock of marketing literature, processing literature requests, data entry to CRM system, booking travel/logistics, event organization, providing illustrations, covering telephones during training periods for rest of the team.
Entry level office position in Financial Services company. Interest in sales would be good as obvious progression path is to Business Development Associate.
Decent working knowledge of Microsoft Office program suite. Enthusiastic, good telephone manner, open attitude and keen to learn.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement:
Will look at graduates or people entering work place for first time. Otherwise a few years’ experience of working in office will be helpful but not essential.
