We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support our Sheffield office. The successful candidate will be keen to work in a fast paced, team working environment.
You will work closely with our Real Estate team but may be required to support other legal teams as and when required. You will produce documents and letters as directed by fee earners; will attend to clients by telephone and in person; and will assist fee earners with day to day administrative matters to include: opening new files, closing files and archiving, file organisation, billing procedures, making appointments and arranging meetings.
The successful candidate must be well organised, able to show initiative, capable of working under pressure, have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have a flexible and professional approach with a willingness to get involved with the office as a whole. Candidates must also be experienced an competent in digital dictation.
