Our highly regarded Trusts, Estates and Tax department in Oxford are looking for a 4-7 PQE year Lawyer to join their busy team.
Ideally candidates will be a Member of STEP or in the process of becoming a STEP member.
Candidates will have solid wills and probate experience and be experienced in running their own independent caseload of files, covering estate administration (including taxable estates), Wills and estate planning and trust advice (setting up and advising re trusts) with an interest in dealing with more complex cases.
The successful candidate will also be familiar with taxation of trusts, including 18-25, interest in possession and discretionary trusts, including the interaction with s31 Trustees Act 1925.
