The leadership team shapes, defines and sets the strategy of the business, in the form of our VOS (Vision, Objectives, Strategies) to deliver for our customers, talented team and shareholders. Then creates the right conditions for the organisation to deliver the strategy, supporting our leaders with the necessary resources and skills to be effective.
Reporting to the CFO & COO, and as part of the leadership team, you will join the business initially in the role of Deputy Company Secretary, with a view to learning more about the GBG business whilst preparing for transition to Company Secretary as part of our leadership succession plan. Ultimately, you will lead the Company Secretariat function, partnering with and advising the Executive and Board to ensure compliance with all associated matters. We champion team members working from wherever, whenever so we're open to location for this position.
