The Role (Vision)
This is a high profile account / commercial director role. Working alongside a team of consultants and technology specialists, you will act as commercial lead on two of GBG’s largest £1m + accounts. You will also work with our technology vendor partners to generate new name business and revenue streams. 
What you’ll do (Objectives)
• Take the commercial lead for two high profile contracted accounts and achieve the agreed revenue and profit targets for the year
• Create and own account development plans for your accounts
• Manage the senior executive interface within the accounts
• Work with the GBG consultants and technology teams to develop business and manage customer expectations
• Prepare for and lead strategic and operational review meetings internally and with the client
• Develop relationships with our vendor technology partners to identify new business opportunities for Marketing Services
• Provide leadership around new technology and ideas for our MS customer base  
How you’ll deliver it (Strategies)
• These will be determined by you, in collaboration with your manager, and you’ll update them regularly to keep your contribution relevant as we evolve.  You’ll do this via your Personal VOS.

• Evidence of your ability to manage large and complex accounts
• Evidence of your experience in selling professional services
• Strong understanding of marketing departments and associated business drivers, Data Quality & Customer Service
• Ability to demonstrate a successful record of achievements of allocated sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills aligned with the necessary confidence and business awareness to be a persuasive influence within the nominated clients
• Proven multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
• Ability to liaise with all levels of management and consultancy teams
• Flexibility with reference to working hours and travel requirements
