The role

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Financial Controller, the role holder will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of overhead and payroll costs across the Asia Pacific region.


What you will do

You will:

  • Processing and allocation of overhead costs including payroll journals across the region.
  • Process of purchase invoices through the Wax Digital system to ensure that invoices are processed and paid on a timely basis
  • Assist the Asia Pacific Management Accountant to review overhead costs to investigate and understand variances against budget or expectations
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to finance operations processes and procedures

 Part-qualified accountant.
