The Team...

The CRM Systems Operations Manager works as part of the CRM Systems Operations Team under the Customer Experience and Operations team across GBG, working to ensure that GBG deliver a world-class customer experience for all our customers globally.


The Role…

The CRM Systems Operations Manager is responsible for improving efficiencies across the group through supporting and optimizing the Sell, Fulfill and Bill functions within the CRM environment.


What you will do…

You will:

  • Work with GBG Teams to support the fulfilment of business requirements through the CRM system
  • Provide technical expertise to support the migration of CRM processes into Dynamics365
  • Operationalize, through strong project management, key business processes within the CRM platform from planning through to implementation
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that new product offerings are representative on the CRM system so that they can be sold, fulfilled, and billed correctly.
  • Analyse, plan and integrate new acquisitions into the GBG Sell, Fulfill, and Bill model in the CRM
  • Carry out an ongoing process of CRM system enhancement to support the needs of sales operations and the wider business

  • Super organized, systematic and process orientated with a proven track record of delivering process transformation
  • Technical skills that support the implementation and improvement of CRM processes, including integration to other business systems
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering in-house projects within a complex stakeholder environment
  • Ideally, successful history of delivery within the Microsoft Dynamics Eco-System
