The Team

The Trace & Investigate Internal Support team are based in our Chester Head Office offering support to the external sales team from booking appointments to providing training. The main objective is to enable the external sales team to sell Trace & Investigate Solutions effectively. Offering a seamless service to both internal and external customers in line with VOS 2022.

The Role

Reporting to the Internal Support Manager working closely with the Sales Team, the role will be office based reporting into the Chester Office with expectations to travel for Company On Site visits. With the ability to perform your role in accordance with the company’s core values of Quality, Innovation & Excellence, you will be part of a team committed to consistently grow its market share. We require a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

This is a varied role, primarily customer facing, and involves working closely with a variety of internal teams, in particular the Customer Success and New Business teams. The role offers the successful applicant the potential for career progression in a number of directions.

The key focus areas of the role are:

• Delivery of Training for Trace & Investigate products
o Internal GBG Training
o New Business Clients
o Existing Clients
• Ongoing provision of support to customers
• Providing support to the Trace & Investigate Account Management and New Business teams

What you will do

• Providing training and support for the implementation of Trace & Investigate products, via the web and on site at client locations through out the UK, delivering on time and to budget
• Conduct reviews with the customer throughout the evaluation process
• Assist with the roll-out of new or market-specific releases of all Trace & Investigate products across the business and to clients
• Provide feedback into the ongoing business development process
• To maintain a working knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework that applies to the products and services in the target markets
• Take an active role in contributing to continuous improvement with regards to delivery of Innovation, Quality, and Excellence to Trace & Investigate clients
• Input into new product developments focusing on creating a competitive edge
