The Team...

The Sales Enablement team aligns with the Sales, Customer Experience and Financial teams across GBG in order to provide the required support- both strategic and tactical- to the sales organisation.

 

The Role…

The Sales Enablement Executive supports the functions that enable sales force productivity across GBG, increasing the time available to sell so that the majority of sales time is in front of customers or prospects. These support functions include sales process and tools optimisation, sales data, resources and collateral, reporting, training, sales program implementation, bid management and working with the sales functions to advise on other sales management activities. They also support job design, and the recruitment and selection of sales force talent.

 

What you will do…

You will:


• Help to ensure that the agreed sales processes and methodology are implemented and adopted throughout the team, and that data is captured in line with the CRM constitution
• Help to schedule and deliver learning, development, enablement activity and training to sales personnel across the team
• Ensures that the sales teams have access to sales collateral and resources required to deliver outstanding results
• Optimise the efficiency of the sales team by providing support and data input & admin where required
• Provides administrative support to the Global Bid Management function and commercial review functions
• Supports the finance team with the running of forecast meetings by providing administrative support to the sales teams ensuring the CRM data is constantly up-to-date
• Supports the Sales Enablement Manager with the production of Management Information
• Help to capture win / loss data to report to Product Development
• Organise, schedule and resource product demonstrations and proof of concepts


Skills & Behaviours:


• Experience in a sales support role, ideally in a B2B technology-based services & solutions environment
• Able to work independently, proactively and at pace, dedicated to delivering outstanding results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech, rapidly growing and exciting environment
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to balance technical and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts, and translate issues in the sales process to colleagues
• Positive attitude and energetic personality
• Ability to deliver all communications effectively through the chosen business language of English
