The Role

This role focuses on growing our customers, maintaining a high level of end user contact; the role will also build close relationships with the internal sales team. This relationship is vital for the success of both functions

 

What you will do

You will:

  • Work towards an incremental growth target on an existing set of accounts, working closely with internal departments and the internal account manager to achieve this target
  • Promote products within the ANZ region
  • Secure commitment for Renewals
  • Increase upgrade conversions from Historic Products
  • Work closely with the Internal sales function
  • Make it easy for our customers to do business with us, by aligning appropriate resources responding to requests and resolving any issues

 

To enable you to be successful, we are looking for

  • External face-to-face client experience
  • Ideally, experience in account management within software or IT sales 
  • Tenacious can-do attitude
  • High energy, positive attitude
  • Ability and willingness to work to and meet targets
  • Flexibility/adaptability. You can adapt to rapidly changing priorities and projects
  • Develop against an agreed business plan and strategy
  • Ensure the growth and retention targets are achieved
  • Engage at all levels with the customer to ensure growth of sales across all products of business
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting in line with the groups approach to revenue recognition
  • Work and engage with all appropriate resource within GBG to satisfy the customer’s requirement’s
  • Achieve an annual sales target whilst delivering a consistent quarterly delivery against the annual sales target
  • Support the leadership in delivering against tactical objectives
  • Work as part of a matrix structure involving Customer Success, Go to Market and APAC teams
