The Team...

We create our industry leading address autocomplete engine (called Capture+) that allows people to find their addresses proactively in 240 countries worldwide by searching however they wish. This helps massively reduce friction at checkout and increases conversion rates immediately.

The Role…

As the Head of Integrations you’ll be responsible for leading the development of all internal and external integrations into our core technology stack. The team is agile and you’ll get the opportunity to works on different parts of the solution.

What you will do…

  • Be part of the Loqate technical management team and help set the strategic vision for the product suite
  • Ensure your team’s members are motivated; enabling delivery against GBG, team & individual goals including their own personal development.
  • Lead a team of the best and most engaged people helping knowledge get shared and documented and creating a culture of continuous personal development via  coaching, mentoring and learning.
  • Recruit and mentor talent into the team to ensure long term growth and stability of throughput
  • Assist the Integrations team in shipping its agile deliverables (whether new features, improvements or bug fixes)
  • Attend daily standups with business owners to help shape the future of the Capture product suite
  • Suggest ideas as to how the application and associated infrastructure can be improved

  • The ability to lead a high performing agile team and focus on the continual improvement of individuals and processes.
  • Experience of working in agile/scrum environments and a good understanding of continuous delivery practices.
  • A broad knowledge in design and architectural patterns.
  • Good commercial awareness and the ability to identify and recommend product enhancements.
  • To collaborate effectively with peers throughout the business and actively participate in relevant communities of interest.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Flexible, resilient and able to change focus on demand.
  • Prior experience within a SAAS environment
  • API design and implementation experience
