The Role

GBG is seeking a B2B demand generation Campaign Marketing Manager. This role will develop effective targeted online and offline campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline for sales to support the acquisition and growth of our prospects and clients across APAC, with a focus on Australia/New Zealand. This role will work closely with the sales team and partners to identify key targeted segments, create and curate the positioning of solutions by needs and industries, develop and deliver marketing strategies and tactics, campaign briefing kickoffs and communication cadences.

The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, energetic, sales-focused, results driven, and is an all-rounder hands-on marketer. This candidate will report into the Head of APAC Marketing and contribute creatively, boldly and meaningfully to sales pipeline volume, measure results, and quantify marketing return on investment. This candidate works closely with regional cross-functional teams and subject matter experts including sales, product, solutions, technology and operations teams to create content for thought leadership and campaign content, and with Group marketing for creative design and digital execution.


What you will do

  • Leads and pipeline generation to a B2B marketing audience with a primary focus on Australia and New Zealand, and support for pan-APAC programs.
    • Own and drive multi-channel end-to-end marketing programs and their KPIs - evaluate the merits of marketing campaigns in achieving business objectives, develop, communicate, run campaign kickoffs, deliver against KPIs for each program, manage leads, track and report results post campaign regularly with marketing and sales stakeholders 
    • Utilise Hubspot and Mailchimp extensively to build email campaigns and landing pages regularly to convert leads to prospects, nurture existing customers, track and report campaign performance by lead source
    • Hands on in content writing and localisation for EDMs, landing pages, brochures, events and presentation decks
    • Drive a range of events from trade conference, internal workshops, user groups to senior leader roundtables independently
    • Run customised and integrated campaigns using a mix of digital, content syndication, social, events, and direct marketing channels to support direct and indirect tiers 
    • Understand the customer journey, build and develop compelling stories and insights to succeed in both inbound and outbound marketing
    • Process management of leads, MQLs, opportunities and wins across Hubspot and Dynamic 365
    • Closely collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, product and operations and the local and central marketing organisation
    • Sourcing and marketing support where required


To be successful, we are looking for

  • BA or MA/MS in Marketing, Business Administration or similar discipline will be highly regarded 
    • Demonstrable high performance marketing experience in B2B, tech and/or enterprise software. 
    • Expertise in email marketing and target account list acquisition
    • Marketing automation and CRM e.g. Hubspot or similar marketing automation system and Mailchimp
    • Design tools e.g. Photoshop or Illustrator and a plus for content management system e.g Umbraco or Wordpress
    • Marketing analytics e.g. Google Analytics
    • High energy personality with strong communication skills and a proven ability to build collaborative productive team relationships
    • Highly sales and results oriented
    • Strong vendor management and internal stakeholders management ability
    • Energetic self-starter with successful multi-project management experience and an eye for details
    • Proven ability to thrive in a very fast-paced revenue focused technology environment
    • Strong communication skills and proactive in getting alignment and buy-in
    • Excellent language proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
