The Executive Support Team…
The Executive Support Team is responsible for ensuring that all Senior Leaders at GBG can rely on professional level support they require in managing their day-to-day schedules.
Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing seamless support to the MD Customer Insights and Innovation and Customer Experience Director. This will include managing calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, expenses and any other ad hoc tasks as required.
What you will do…
• Seamless Executive assistance, making every day work life easier, from diary management through to Board presentation support
• Management of finances – Purchase Order creation and tracking, invoicing, monthly forecast preparation, tracking spend etc.
• Take care of all travel bookings, tracking and related expenses
