The Employee Experience Team is responsible for everything that drives just that; our employer brand, culture, internal communications, our HR infrastructure, plus our physical spaces. We're on an exciting journey, and we have the strategies in place to get us to our destination. Our Workplace Experience Team is responsible for our physical spaces and hospitality.

The role 

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead our Workplace Experience (Facilities) Team, and be responsible for our global portfolio of workplaces (leased, owned and co-working), ensuring that we have vibrant, engaging and practical spaces for our customers and team members. 

What you will do

You will:
 Create and manage vibrant, engaging and practical workspaces in line with our strategy, which enables the business to grow, and meeting our vision to have the best and most engaged people

 Lead our Global Workplace Experience Team, ensuring their active engagement and contribution to our strategy is clear

 Oversees our portfolio of workplaces, ensuring maximum value is gained from investments, through regular reviews and recommendations based on utilisation, supplier renewals etc and management of associated budgets

 Responsible for programme managing all workplaces projects, including lease renewals, new site recommendation, design and fit-out, regular maintenance schedules

 Partner with our technology team and vendors to ensure a great technology experience within our offices

 Ensure we are compliant with local legislation, as appropriate

To help you be successful, we are looking for

 Significant experience leading facilities / workplace projects

 Programme and change management

 Proactive financial and workload management

 Experience from a range of environments, ideally including international locations
