Product Team are responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of GBG’s products.
You will be responsible for deliver, maintaining and evangelising GBG’s Location Loqate products and services.
What you will do...
Reporting to the Head of Product implement the product strategy in line with our UVP3 methodology within the Location Intelligence market.
Ensure the delivery of the product roadmap is consistent, predictable and the volume of output is to the businesses expectations.
Ensure the product marketing for each product is complete via the market sizing, competitor analysis and also plugging the various product elements into the rest of the business internally.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and define product roadmaps.
Follow the UVP3 methodology and speak with Customers, colleagues and share-holders and incorporate this feedback into product requirements
Manage development prioritisation using Backlog Management
Working closely with Development and QA from definition of features and requirements to product release with responsibility for deployment cycle/release management
Stakeholder communication – ensure clear, consistent and regular communication on priorities, roadmaps, agreed focus and releases
Work with Application Support and Development to ensure availability of the appropriate platform needed for success.
Subject matter expert: a focal point for product-related questions/queries in relation to both proposition and technical capability.
To help you be successful, we are looking for:
Previous product management experience in a technology company, preferably one that was focused on data or identity solutions.
Expert in Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
Experience with using the product management software Aha!
Hands-on experience with all parts of the product lifecycle from idea to launch to maintenance.
Deep understanding of business and customer use requirements
The role will require the post holder to travel regularly, sometimes internationally
