Identity Verification Sales delivers the largest contribution of revenue to the GBG group. As such the success of the business unit and the individuals within is vital to the success of GBG. The right individual will work to secure and expand the lines of business sold into new and existing GBG customers. The right individual will work to secure, develop and grow revenue to achieve our VOS2020.
The Sales Administrator is a key member of the sales team who is responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Success & New Business sales function and the Identity Management Team.
What you will do…
• Supports the sales team and Identity Management Team as needed – Supports sales in all daily tasks as directed.
• Works cross-functionally to complete paperwork and other supporting tasks needed by the sales team from other teams
• Answers and researches client’s requests with direction
• Tracks due dates and stays on top of all parties to ensure timely completion
• Updates and checks for accuracy all contracts that are given to clients
• Working as a cohesive team providing best client service
