The Role…

  • As a proven marketing leader, the Head of Marketing – APAC, will be responsible for the development and execution of the performance-based marketing plan for the chosen regions within APAC.
  • Working closely with the MD APAC and regional directors, this role helps drive the regional growth through a focused range of data verification and fraud prevention software.
  • The APAC marketing team deliver growth initiatives, aimed at driving an increase in new business, and growing revenue through existing customers.
  • Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, this person will use their proven regional, digital, leadership and communication skills to ensure the marketing team deliver on the core objectives and growth plans.


What you will do…

You will:

  • Develop and implement regional APAC marketing plans focussed on business growth, in line with APAC business plan and Group marketing strategy
  • Organise marketing plans to ensure appropriate propositions are delivered customer type, be it use case, vertical, customer size or regional market
  • Generate APAC-wide or regional-specific demand generation programmes which predictably fill pipeline and deliver attributed revenue
  • Work closely with Group Marketing Director, MD APAC and Regional Directors to ensure strategic alignment and high performance
  • Work with global marketing leaders and marketing operations team for efficient and effective performance
  • Lead the APAC marketing team, developing and inspiring a positive and inclusive team spirit, taking ownership for personal development of direct reports and for overall team performance
  • Ensure a flexible team structure is in place, which supports overall growth and business plans
  • Ensure a close relationship with product and product marketing teams to ensure consistent customer communication and content production
  • Alongside the Market Insight Manager, lead on regional analyst relations through GBG analyst relations programme
  • Manage external supplier relationships to ensure consistent, high-performing and efficient delivery of services

  • A proven APAC marketing leader, with working knowledge of multiple APAC markets, especially China, South East Asia and Australia.
  • A strong, well-rounded performance marketing practitioner, with exceptional knowledge of regional customer experience
  • A dynamic attitude, with an analytical brain, with the skill to turn insight and knowledge into creative execution
  • A good blend of strategic marketing and tactical implementation
  • The ability to lead a team of regional marketing experts
  • The ability to closely and efficiently manage budgets
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail



  • Experience of leading a high-performing marketing operation within a relevant industry (identity / fraud), operating across multiple APAC regions
  • Experience of entering new markets within APAC, with successful marketing-driven growth
  • Multi-lingual, with a requirement for proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • The ability to lead a small team, to develop and grow the team in line with business requirements



  • To work efficiently and effectively with remote management and team across different time zone
