The Role

Based in Atlanta GA and reporting to the Vice President of Marketing you will be responsible for managing, planning, coordinating and executing virtual and live events, conferences and tradeshows that generate marketing qualified leads for IDology. You'll ensure that we have a strong brand presence, are placed in the right venues, among the right audiences and represent IDology’s brand voice in compelling ways. The right person will research industry events and opportunities, develop an annual plan and make recommendations to showcase IDology’s leading solutions in high value ways to target audiences.

What you’ll do

  • Based on go to market objectives, target audiences and budget allocations determine events strategy and audit event engagement opportunities in virtual and live settings
  • Make recommendations on what events to attend and to what degree and establish KPIs
  • Prepare high impact speaking abstracts to obtain premium visibility and thought leadership
  • Coordinate and execute event logistics to ensure smooth operations before, during and after engagements for maximum impact
  • Execute webinars and other digital events from logistical planning and set up, communications and promotion, coordination of speakers and audience experience and post event interaction and engagement.
  • Execute clear and compelling communications to stakeholders through multi-channel methods with a focus on email

How success will be measured

  • KPIs relative to events marketing qualified leads (MQL)s, conversions to sales qualified leads (SQL)s, revenue generating influence impact, event engagement, positive ROI measurements
  • Overall revenue objectives
  • Communications (e.g., Newsletter click throughs and email open rates)

To help you be successful, we’re looking for

  • Strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail with proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, proactive, results driven team player who can closely collaborate with cross functional teams, especially sales
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to present detailed logistics clearly are essential
  • Preference with experience in technology firms ideally in identity verification, authentication, fraud or FinTech
  • An ability to proof, edit and enhance outgoing communications to stakeholders including external and internal audiences
  • Ability to harness multi-channel communications including social media to extend event reach and promotion
  • College Degree – Marketing, Public Relations or Communications with an emphasis on Digital and Social Media Communications/Marketing
  • Preferences: Graphic design (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, In Design, video production, Google Analytics and LinkedIn advertising
  • Work independently and effectively and manage through ambiguity
