The Role


You will be responsible for providing sales leadership in the day-to-day operations for the assigned regions. Responsibilities include maximizing revenue in existing identity clients and penetrating new target organizations and markets. The position has full accountability for revenue growth along with related budget management, planning and sales execution with a major emphasis on growing GBG’s identity business.

What you will do


You will:
• Have overall accountability for the strategy, revenue, growth and profitability of our Identity Business Unit
• Work effectively in a matrix management environment
• Develop and set a 3-year strategic plan, supported by annual sales plans to achieve business goals, including the establishment of both annual and quarterly sales objectives
• Build, coach, develop and retain a diverse team capable of building customer relationships and expanding market penetration
• Drive growth by setting goals and objectives; producing accurate forecasts, measure quota attainment and holding the team accountable to exceed results
• Establish strategic relationships with key Identity Data partners and influencers in the target markets
• Construct and close large, complex deals on both direct and indirect opportunities

To enable you to be successful, we are looking for


Skills:
• International Head of Business Unit level experience with focus on revenue management (likely to include scaling to £100m+)
• Established expert in identity verification market with current knowledge of market trends and credibility as an astute commercial leader
• Success in leading and developing geographically dispersed teams to meet and exceed plans
• Significant experience with the development and management of indirect sales channels to include strategic alliances and value added resellers
• A persona that exudes experience-based confidence that enables the ability to present and sell to “C” level decision makers including CIO, CEO and Exec teams
• The ability and pre-disposition to work collaboratively with the global product and technical delivery teams to provide marketplace feedback to ensure that the product and solutions are correctly attuned to the identity verification marketplace
