The Role

IDology is looking for a performance-driven Demand Generation Manager to run targeted campaigns to generate awareness, demand and qualified leads for sales pursuits. You’ll be part of our growing marketing team but will work closely with our sales teams to identify key prospective segments and partnerships. This involves planning, creating and curating campaigns by needs and industries, developing and delivering marketing strategies and tactics and executing select advertising opportunities to support business line goals. You will succeed in this role if you have extensive experience developing measurable campaigns and utilizing tactics such as email, social media, advertising, webinars, content syndication, events and paid digital.

An ideal candidate is a strategic planner, an execution powerhouse and systems guru leveraging the right tactical mix and available data to build new pipeline and meet targets. What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement comprehensive, customer-centric marketing program to generate demand for IDology’s products and services, maximize customer growth, retention and engagement
  • Coordinate market intelligence, industry insights, messaging, creative, content, segmentation criteria and tactics to create data-informed, impactful marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute targeted, scalable, multichannel campaigns to drive qualified leads to Sales and build pipeline
    • Partner closely with Sales to inform marketing strategies and support revenue goals
    • Provide strategic direction and guidance on tactical production
    • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives
  • Understand and analyze lead ecosystem from MQL to Won Business for areas of opportunity, improved efficiencies and trends
    • Work cross functionally with Marketing Operations, Content, and Sales Operations on reporting, lead flow, scoring, qualification and quality
  • Measure and monitor progress toward funnel goals, market engagement and penetration of target accounts
  • Generate and present detailed reporting of campaign performance to key stakeholders, including recommendations for program enhancement
  • Collaborate with client success teams on cross-sell campaigns and drive product awareness
  • Stay on top of demand generation, tactical and conversion rate optimization trends, bringing new ideas to explore and test

To help you be successful, we’re looking for:

  • A results oriented self-starter with successful multi-project management experience
  • A “full stack” B2B marketer with experience in enterprise marketing, account-based strategies, lead generation, inbound marketing, advertising, persona / segmentation and campaign optimization
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-focused technology environment
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, management and execution including examples and applicable metrics related to marketing campaigns created/owned/enhanced
  • Email marketing expertise and audience segmentation experience
  • Experience working cross functionally with Sales, Content, Creative, Technology and Communications partners
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM and data analytics tools (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Domo, QlikSense)
