The Location Intelligence (LIS) marketing team serves our fast-growing global business. Focused on growth and consisting of a range of expertise, marketing within LIS is an evolving function, which is setup to deliver growth and value to the business unit and wider organisation.

The Role (Vision)

This digital-first positon has core responsibility for growing our SaaS offering in the UK, and expanding across our international markets. With over 9,000 existing customers across the globe, the role is split between acquisition and further optimisation of the channel, from a proposition and customer journey perspective. Looking to increase conversions and CLTV at every touchpoint. 

What you’ll do (Objectives)

  • Grow monthly customer acquisition for our SaaS products within LIS
  • Reduce churn rates from existing customers
  • Optimise website to continually increase conversion rates
  • Work with the customer marketing team to optimise customer journey
  • Work with commercial manager and product team to develop propositions and pricing models for existing and new markets
  • Be responsible for launching SaaS product into new internal regions
  • Identify key accounts for upsell opportunities
  • Manage the transfer of existing customers to more profitable products and pricing structures

 How you’ll deliver it (Strategies)

  • Create an implement a digital marketing plan to acquire new SaaS customers in the UK, US and Europe
  • Develop launch strategies and implement plans for new sales regions
  • Work with regional marketing managers and inbound marketing manager to ensure best use of content in customer acquisition
  • Lead optimisation experiments throughout the sales funnel to increase conversions (own this area, using CRO techniques)
  • Help maintain and develop buyer personas with inbound marketing and UX team
  • Deliver new pricing models and product propositions related to commercial and product plans (working with commercial manager and product team)
  • Reporting on SaaS channel including acquisition, churn, customer movement, and implementing learnings
