The Product Team

Product are responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of GBG’s products

The Role (Vision)

Deliver, maintain and evangelise GBG’s UVP3 strength products and services

What you’ll do (Objectives)

  • Support the Product Owner to implement the product strategy in line with our UVP3 methodology within the Identity Data Intelligence market
  • Support the marketing team to drive initiatives for the product (including email marketing, collateral, advertisements, PR etc.)
  • Incorporate customer feedback into future product requirements
  • Work with Customer Support, Security, Legal, Data, CRM, and Marketing teams to build out the full business platform needed for success
  • Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of product releases/enhancements
  • Drive competitor analysis, market sizing and trends, and create insightful reports for stakeholder feedback

How you’ll deliver it (Strategies)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and define product roadmaps
  • Build strong business cases using market research and analysis to define the product pricing and measure ROI
  • Measure our products against competitors to drive innovation
  • Speak with customers, colleagues and share-holders and incorporate this feedback into product requirements
  • Work closely with the product delivery team to define features and requirements
  • Communicate clearly, consistently and regularly to stakeholders on priorities, roadmaps, agreed focus and releases
  • Be a subject matter expert: a focal point for product-related questions/queries in relation to both proposition and technical capability
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure our products are compliant and meet industry standards
  • Manage the product lifecycle including product retirement strategies where relevant
  • Deliver successful training to internal teams such as sales, marketing and operations

To help you be successful, we’re looking for

  • Previous product management experience in a technology company, preferably one that was focused on data or identity solutions
  • Hands-on experience with all parts of the product lifecycle from idea to launch to maintenance
  • Deep understanding of business and customer use requirements and the ability to translate them into product
  • Strong project management skills including great organising skills, attention to detail, team skills that attract others to work with and for you
  • Passion, team spirit, and an awesome attitude
