The Role


As we expand our sales activity in the US market, the Head of Sales will play a critical role in our success. The role is a mix of sales coaching, development and mentoring; and office based strategy, direction and day to day management of the operation.

What you will do


• meet revenue targets
• hire and develop a team of high performing sales individuals
• build out the sales process and toolstack as needed

To enable you to be successful, we are looking for


• Considerable SaaS sales leadership knowledge along with relevant sales experience
• Record of surpassing goals and rapidly scaling a team
• Experience with $50k+ ACV, preferably $100k+
• Experience working in an early stage tech company {$100MM ARR and ability building sales teams and processes from the ground up
• Customer oriented with a high level of professionalism
• A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
• Responsive, friendly and thoughtful in your communications; effective in communicating ideas and information, both written and verbal
• You’re self-aware, reflective and listen to other team members feedback
• Ability to learn new concepts and software programs, retain large amounts of information, and embrace change in a technologically advanced environment
• Excel in a collaborative environment – you enjoy helping others be successful while achieving your own goals
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic spreadsheet familiarity
