Working within the Employee Experience team as part of the Talent Attraction team you will have the opportunity to really make a mark on the future success of GBG. You will assume responsibility for the full breadth of Talent Attraction and provide 360 degree recruitment service to internal stakeholders. Reporting to Global Head of Talent Attraction, you will be attract and find the best and most engaged candidates in line with the businesses growth strategy.
What you will do
Act as part of the People team and contribute to the successful delivery of the overall People Vision, Objectives and Strategy plan.
Work with colleagues to deliver and act as an ambassador for the GBG employer brand.
Ensure we have a strong pipeline of candidates for all priority roles against KPIs set by Head of Talent Attraction
Partnering with colleagues as appropriate to deliver the best in class recruitment service aligned with the business needs.
Work with the Global Head of Talent Attraction to develop and enhance our existing recruitment process and ensure consistent Candidate and Manager experience in line with our guidelines
Ensure we have a robust set of assessment criteria for technical/ non tech and employee/ managerial roles
Successfully coach managers/ leaders through the recruitment cycle, ensuring application of the agreed standards.
Provide timely and accurate reports on your activity levels
To enable you to be successful, we are looking for
Likely to have had exposure to a range of companies, across a variety of markets in APAC region
A deep specialist knowledge in recruitment/ talent attraction, and relevant tools/ systems.
Experience of working in an environment built on clear expectations, feedback, accountability and outcome based delivery.
Established sourcing experience including social networks, CV banks and other relevant channels
Some exposure to working across different geographies and time zones
Someone confident with ambiguity, and able to suggest improvements to processes, whilst deploying high attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work with autonomy.
Absolutely confidential in all situations.
Proven delivery in sales/ technology/ customer driven business.
Fluency in either Mandarin or Cantonese preferred

The role will involve occasional travel, as well as flexible approach to working hours to allow for collaboration with stakeholders based in different timezones.
