About the Role

  • You will deliver exceptional teaching to students on a variety of Further Education Horse Management courses. The practical units will include Equine Health and Husbandry, Preparing Horses for Competition Disciplines, Horse Tack, Equipment and Rugs, Schooling Horses on the Flat and Riding Horses in the Open.
  • You will inspire students to appreciate all aspects of equine management and instill in them a passion for the work of caring for horses and a desire to develop their understanding.
  • The role allows for a potential hybrid working pattern.

About You

  • You will hold a minimum qualification of BHS Stage 3 Coach/UKCC Level 2 or equivalent.
  • You will demonstrate the ability to be a highly motivated practical coach, with experience of training young people being advantageous.
