About the Role

Are you passionate about education and detail-oriented with a flair for organisation? Hartpury University is seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to join our higher education academic registry team as an Officer: Curriculum Records Management.

In this pivotal role, you’ll will:

  • Support the development, approval, and review of the curriculum, helping to shape its future direction.
  • Work closely with academic colleagues, providing advice on curriculum records and development procedures.
  • Ensure curriculum records are accurate, accessible, and aligned with sector standards.
  • Play a key role in delivering inclusive, high-quality education that prepares students for real-world success.
  • Assist with enrolment, graduation, and committee and meeting administration as part of the wider Academic Registry team.

 

About You

  • Experience of working within a busy administrative role in an HE institution or comparable large, complex organisation
  • Knowledge of HE curriculum and student records systems is desirable
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
