About the Role

The Exam Assistant plays a vital role in the planning, coordination, and administration of all aspects of the examination process. You will assist the Exams Team with the registration, certification and running of examinations, ensuring that exams are conducted efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. You will also manage the records and work closely with academic staff, students, and external bodies to facilitate a seamless examination experience.

 

About You

  • You will have experience of working in academic administration or a similar role.
  • You will be computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in working with student record systems or databases would be beneficial but not essential.
  • You will have strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • You will have a professional and customer focused approach to all aspects of your work
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
