About the Role

 

  • Working in the Information Systems office, you will provide professional administrative support for a wide range of duties in support of the student and programme administration process.
  • You will be sharing responsibility for the efficient and seamless delivery of student focussed services.

 

About You

 

  • You will have experience of working with student records ideally in Further Education
  • You will have some understanding of regulatory requirements such as the ILR
  • You will be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, highly organised and able to work methodically, accurately and to tight deadlines
  • You will have a professional and customer focused approach to all aspects of your work
  • You will demonstrate the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, students and external customers in a confident manner
