About the Role
- This an exciting opportunity to lead the Maths and English Team, (comprising GCSEs and Functional Skills), during its next phase of development in accordance with the Hartpury 2030 Strategy.
- Maths and English at Hartpury has been on a significant journey over the last 7 years with student development, performance and satisfaction levels improving each year.
- The focus of the role is on quality, compliance and continuous improvement, with some teaching, assessment and internal verification involved.
About You
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent in an appropriate subject.
- You will have an understanding of the processes of teaching, learning and assessment, and what constitutes outstanding quality of delivery
- You will have a sound understanding of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
- You will have an understanding of and commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity in the working and learning environment
