About the Role:

  • You will develop and support the delivery of Hartpury’s Continuous Improvement Programme including providing support and advice to staff.
  • You will actively promote a positive culture of continuous improvement.
  • You will work closely with project teams in the facilitation of process improvement projects.
  • You will develop and monitor project plans to deliver specific large integrated continuous improvement projects across Hartpury.
  • You will be actively involved in supporting training for staff in principles of process improvement and supporting related projects and activities.
  • You will be required to measure the impact of improvements and provide update reports to senior managers.
  • To support the vision, ethos and policies of Hartpury University and Hartpury College and promote high levels of achievement.

              

About You:

  • With a qualification in project management or relevant professional experience you'll have proven experience of managing and delivering complex and varied projects (such as process improvement or software development implementations)
  • You will be an enthusiastic, proactive and hardworking professional.
  • You will be comfortable working flexibly, to a high degree of accuracy and within tight deadlines.
  • You will have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
