About the Role

  • To contribute to the coaching, training and development of the Sports Academy teams and students
  • You will provide specific strength and conditioning training and advice to sports academy players
  • Work with the sport academy coaches in planning team and individual training programmes
  • Assist with the rehabilitation of sports academy players

About You

  • Have a proven record of accomplishment as a conditioning coach with ideally 2 years of experience
  • Have excellent communication and team work skills
  • Be highly motivated and commitment to delivering excellence
  • Achieved undergraduate or postgraduate degree in strength and conditioning or related field
  • UKSCA or NSCA accreditation (or equivalent) or be currently working towards these
