About the Role

Are you seeking a role working with staff and students in a dynamic team environment? The Executive Support Officer will provide professional executive support to the Vice Chancellor, Principal and CEO and his senior management team. This will involve preparing management  papers, policies, dealing with complaints and consultation responses, providing project support and professional PA support for committees and groups, and managing the Vice Chancellor, Principal and CEO’s diary. The postholder will also need to work with discretion and tact, handling sensitive matters.    

 

About You

  • Computer literate, organised, and able to work methodically and accurately.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, empathetic and customer focused approach.
  • Proactive individual who can undertake complex administrative work efficiently, using initiative.
  • Ability to synthesise large amounts of information succinctly, enabling effective communication to a range of audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to easily develop and maintain good networks and working relationships with colleagues at all levels, as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Qualified at degree level (or equivalent qualifications and experience)
