Specific Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday 9am-1.00pm and 2.30pm-5.30pm)

Senior Administrator - Trust & Corporate Services (Line Group)

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in delivering high‑quality and professional trust management and/or company secretarial services to a substantial portfolio of clients.

If you can demonstrate:

  • strong analytical and intellectual capabilities, evidenced by a solid academic background at graduate level or an equivalent blend of education, training, and experience,  
  • completion of (or are currently pursuing) relevant professional qualifications (e.g. STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, Chartered Governance Institute, CILEX) or can demonstrate significant equivalent experience.
  • a sound understanding of the principles of trust and/or company management including an understanding of corporate ownership structures and their tax implications and regulatory frameworks in Gibraltar and/or other international jurisdictions
  • significant practical experience of trust and/or company management including working with trust deeds and associated legal documents, drafting minutes, preparing payment instructions, and overseeing the execution of those instructions
  • familiarity with KYC, Anti‑Money Laundering requirements, FATCA, and CRS procedures
