Senior Administrator - Corporate Services (Line Group)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in delivering high‑quality, professional company secretarial services to a substantial portfolio of client companies, whether based in Gibraltar or across international jurisdictions.
If you bring:
- strong analytical and intellectual capabilities, supported by a solid academic background at graduate level or an equivalent blend of education, training, and experience, and are currently pursuing relevant professional qualifications such as ICSA or CILEX
- a sound understanding of corporate governance principles, corporate ownership structures, their tax implications, and the legal and regulatory frameworks in Gibraltar and/or other international jurisdictions
- experience in drafting minutes and related documentation, preparing payment instructions, and overseeing the execution of those instructions
- familiarity with KYC, Anti‑Money Laundering requirements, FATCA, and CRS procedures
